Robert H.P. Platz
"It is always a pleasure to work with the ensemble, since MdI has the rare gift of motivation and passion, without lacking the necessary precision in playing even the most complicated scores. Very often, ensembles for contemporary music have just one of these two sides and lack the other. MdI has both. I'll always remamber this magic performance of my senko-hana-bi by Sonia and Paolo in Mallorca, wonderful string work in Echo-Huellen Danach, the perfect realization of Schœnberg's chamber symphony in Bergamo. As I said: always a pleasure..."
